Jack Burkman, founder and president of Burkman Associates, LLC, is a Washington, DC based political consultant and strategist. Burkman has appeared on MSNBC, CNN, Fox News, CNBC, and others.

He is one of Washington's premier political consultants and strategists. His firm is widely known here and abroad for its ability to solve the most complex of Washington problems.
A regular on the lecture circuit, Burkman is routinely invited to speak to major organizations all over the country.He is a former Fox News political analyst and was from 1998-2002 a regular contributor to ABC's "Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher." He is particularly well-known for his work with Fox analyzing the impeachment proceedings against President Bill Clinton.

A graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and Washington, D.C. lawyer, Burkman was from 2000-2001 part of the nationally syndicated television series, "Power of Attorney," with former Los Angeles prosecutor Marcia Clark.

Prior to founding his own firm, Burkman was of counsel to the law firm of Holland&Knight, LLP. In the 90's, he served as counsel to U.S. Rep. Rick Lazio (R-NY) and was an associate of the Smith-Free Group, a leading Washington lobbying boutique.

In addition to his law degree, Burkman also holds a Masters of Science in Foreign Service (M.S.F.S.) from Georgetown.He received his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa as a junior.Majors in history and French.
